Duties, taxes, customs broker and US delivery
Paid by the buyer unless the accepted written quote expressly assigns a cost to the seller.

Why there is no single number on this page
Printed toilet paper is bulky relative to its unit value. The same merchandise subtotal can produce very different carton counts and volumetric weight depending on roll construction and packaging. Showing one fixed amount would be false. The binding freight figure is the carrier line in your written quote—not an estimated percentage of merchandise.
Important: US duty-free de minimis treatment is not assumed. The buyer or its appointed broker may need to act as importer of record. Final responsibilities are stated in the accepted quote.
